Who we are

Xeuos USA Inc. operates the Prodontic website and is the data controller for the information described here. For privacy questions, to see what you have sent us, to ask for its deletion, or to withdraw consent, email jason@prodontic.com.

Contacting us

The contact links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Your message includes your email address and any name, practice details, or other information you choose to share.

Please do not include patient information in anything you send us. If you are arranging a radiology read, ask us how to share scans through the workspace.

Your inquiry

We use your message to respond to your question or discuss your interest in Prodontic. We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Hosting, logs, and analytics

Cloudflare hosts this website. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. This website sets no cookies of its own; Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.

The demo and workspace

Launch the demo, Sign in, and Sign up open separate sites. Review the information provided there before creating an account or sharing records. Sending an inquiry from this website does not create a workspace account.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
